Styling and fit

For a gift, confirm the recipient's size and preferred wording before ordering. Ask about character limits and design placement before the piece is made.

For a closed kada, compare the inner diameter with a kada that passes comfortably over your hand. Wrist circumference alone may not account for your knuckles. Follow the product-specific guidance for cuff or openable styles, and contact our team if the size options are unclear.

What should I check before personalisation?

Confirm spelling, letter case, wording and size. Personalisation options and production time depend on the design; ask our team if these details are unclear.

Care, shipping and returns

Wipe silver with a soft dry cloth, store separately in a dry pouch and avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes and swimming pools. Follow the care instructions for the particular polish or finish.

Check our shipping policy and return and refund policy before ordering. Personalised pieces have specific return restrictions.
